Unfortunately, the blow moulding and extrusion services are no longer available.


This is because we've recently sold our blow moulding and extrusion machines in order to concentrate on our core range of services as listed see below :-
  • Toolmaking using steel or aluminium alloys.
  • Custom injection moulding including encapsulation, outsert & insert moulding - 30+ machines, 20-180 ton lock, parts to 300mm² (12" ²).
  • Standard & custom vacuum forming to 610mm² (24" ²) in 0.2-6mm thick materials & various colours, finishes, types etc as well as antistatic & conductive packaging
  • Finishing - Hot Foil / pad printing ultrasonic welding & assembly
