vacuum forming tools & both non conductive & antistatic
custom vacuum forming e.g. stacking trays stocktaking trays
& presentation trays This involves heating & forming plastic sheets upto 6mm thick over an inexpensive wooden / aluminium tool & is suitable for uniform section, low quantity parts (10-5000). If you have an existing part, a resin cast tool could be made from it, saving you further time & money. |

or option for stacking parts on top or nesting
