Material & design consultancy including mould filling analysis & sla models Toolmaking using steel or aluminium alloys. Injection moulding including insert, outsert & encapsulation moulding - 30+ machines, 20-180 ton lock, parts to 300mm² (12" ²). Vacuum forming to 610mm² (24" ²) in 0.2-6mm thick materials & various colours, finishes, types etc including standard & custom made packaging Finishing - pad & hot foil printing ultrasonic welding & assembly
